Important Information on Shipping and Payment Methods
Q: How are the shipping costs calculated?
A: Guitar Parts Canada uses a method call flat rate shipping. Flat rate shipping is a similar method to that of canada post, in that we charge a flat fee regardless of order or destination(this of course applies to only Canadian shipping addresses).
Q: What method of payment do you accept?
A: Guitar Parts Canada accepts PayPal ™, Cash (person to person transaction, please NEVER send cash in the mail), Money Order, Email Transfer, and most major credit cards. Credit card transaction are support via PayPal ™, check out using PayPal™ and follow the instructions on how to pay with a credit card.
Q: How long does it usually take for an item to arrive?
A: Normal order processing and shipping is between 7-10 business days. We work hard to pack, prepare and ship the orders in a timely fashion. If an item is in stock you can expect the processing of your order to be shorter. If an item that you have ordered is not available you will be notified right away by us to let you know that the item is on back order. At that point we can ship part of the order to you, or if you wish you can wait until all of the items for your order are available and we will ship your complete order. This however may mean that the processing time will exceed the normal 7-10 business days. Note: we will only charge one shipping fee if the order is sent in two separate mailings.

He can help you with any question(s) you may have about parts or set-up.
